[HOTO Earth Day] Effective Climate Action with HOTO
Being a few days away from Earth Day, we want to take this chance to explain how at HOTO we are doing our part in the issue of climate change.
On April 22nd we celebrate Earth Day to raise awareness of important matters that affect every single one of us. Yearly, the Earth Day Organization launches a new campaign that focuses on different themes to increase awareness worldwide of our environmental footprint. For Earth Day 2022, the theme is to “Invest in Our Planet”. This years’ campaign focuses on bringing all of us together to accelerate climate action because difference can be made if we all take part.
Long before any worldwide movement or massive campaign on the matter of climate, HOTO was already engaged with this great modern threat called “climate change”. As for our part, from early beginning HOTO has always promoted the reduction of waste through DIY, reformations, and other arts & crafts that reduced, reused and recycled products around the house. This philosophy not only translates into projects and activities, but is also the essence in many of our products.
